Participants agree to receive communications via WhatsApp, phone calls, or email related to programme updates, training information, and community activities.
3. 🤝 Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Respect all volunteers, ambassadors, organisers, and fellow participants
Follow instructions during training and events
Maintain appropriate and respectful behaviour at all times
4. ⚠️ Misconduct & Disciplinary Action
Any form of misconduct may result in:
Warning from Admin / Ambassadors / Volunteers
Removal from the programme or WhatsApp group
Suspension from future activities
5. 📢 Reporting Issues
Participants are encouraged to report any concerns or incidents to:
Admin
Ambassadors
Volunteer Team
All reports will be handled internally in a fair and responsible manner.
6. 🚫 External Escalation
Participants agree that community-related matters should first be addressed internally.
Escalating issues externally without prior internal resolution may be considered a breach of community guidelines.
7. 📌 Attendance Responsibility
Participants should attend programmes they register for.
Repeated absence without valid reason may result in restriction or suspension from future registrations.
8. ⚖️ Liability Disclaimer
Migrant Connect SG and its partners are not liable for:
Personal injury, loss, or damage during participation
Any unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control
Participants attend activities at their own responsibility.
